Winplus (HK) Industrial Ltd., founded in 2009, with head office in Hongkong, was a subsidiary of TCL Network Science and Technology Co., Ltd, but seperated from TCL Network in 2012.

Okay Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd was the factory of Winplus Industrial Ltd, which established in 2012 and located in Zhuhai city, Guangdong, China, and changed company name to Okay Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd in 2018.
